in peek time, lets say 4p-1am, game letency/ping is so high, it's not possible to play battlefield 1

its not resolved at all

on the morning I was not abble to connect anywhere

there is  no chnce to start online games.... lags after ur post was like 500ms, whar is a joke on super fast fibre optic 100Mb/s service

It's the worst service I've fad in my life. 

It's a time to change provider, Im afraid.

People, be aware Virgin Media Serive works onlu between 1am-6am.

today it has started 16:39 and no chance to call customer service as "all agents are busy"
