I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing lagging whilst gaming.
I would like to check your connection for any issues, however the Super Hub is showing as offline and not polling any data. If you can let me know when you are back online, that would be great.
In the meantime can you post your router information for us to check please. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in, on the top right you will see router status. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.
Do you get this issue on all games or just certain ones?
Is the device you are using connected through a wired or wireless connection?
