Hi, i moved into a new house in February and have been pretty much free of all the problems i have suffered with virgin in the past. But for the last month and a half i seem to get moments of unbearable lag. Ive already forwarded the ports and factory reset the router, but im still seeing this lag. Can anything be done?

My apologies that you are having issues with your broadband connection.
When I checked your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F003604104 and with a review date of 7th December.
Do you notice the lag spikes just during peak hours or can it be at anytime?
Does this happen through online gaming with all games or certain games?
is the device in question connected through a wired or wireless connection?
