Lag spikes when playing "The Division" on PC.

It's a not a Ubisoft issue because the timeouts are before hops exit the Virgin media services.  A few weeks ago there was engineers checking the cabinet and it has got worse since.  The IP address below is for the European servers.

Apologies for your lag spikes when gaming and thanks for posting a traceroute Smiley Happy

The timed out requests aren't actually evidence of any issue, this is just where the intermediate routers decline ICMP ping requests.

What is of note is the increase in ping times as they hit the router in Canada, hop 14.

I honestly don't think this is a Virgin Media issue - the increased ping times are not on our network. I submitted a performed myself which showed the same increase on 195.219.87.42.

I have tested your connection/Hub from here and can confirm no issues with congestion or SNR that may have been a factor. I'd suggest that you post on your gaming forum, you're likely to get the help you require there.
