All started about a month ago. My broadband speed during peak times is unacceptable, it goes way below 5mbs (download) and 0.5mbs (upload) with 100 VIVID package. T
I have some knowledge about it so I run all the tests (tried modem mode for couple of days) etc etc. Didn't help. So decided to contact VM on the live chat, they said it will be fixed in couple of months and that they are "upgrading the area", and when I asked some questions he had no idea how to answer them, he didn't even know what ping is, which is just ridiculous.
As a student, my only source of income is streaming, and streaming is unpossible with 0.5mbs upload speed....
The problem is not on my side. Is there anything I can do expect changing internet provider?
But it varies every time I do it. Sometimes download speed is below 1mbs and sometimes around 20mbs.
Ping to bbc.co.uk

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.
Sorry to read that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds during peak hours.
From checking your connection, there was a high peak time traffic fault in your area which you were being affected by, however over the past few days our engineers have completed work which seen you move onto a different cable.
Have you noticed an improvement with the speeds at all?
