I've been having a problem these past 3 days with the internet on my Xbox, it always cuts off at 10:30pm and doesn't let me connect back to it, there are no family settings on it and it's starting to irritate me
This is an unusual problem and I wonder if your Hub/router settings may have been altered? The DHCP lease time perhaps?
I'm not able to locate your Hub details from here so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) so that I can run some tests from here. I think it makes sense to ensure there's no fault affecting you.
Would you also let me know if your Xbox is connected via Ethernet or wireless? And does any other device lose Internet connection at the same time?
