I need help it's keep happening to me.

Hi my name is Jenny, I have special needs and I like to go on my Xbox 360 sometimes happened that when I am half way playing a game on it. The WiFi disconnected from it and it's really does annoyed me at times when I am half way few a multiplayer it's disconnected and it's seems not to let me back on my games consoles!

hiya @JennyHCPT124 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, to help rule some stuff out:
has this problem just started happening?
do you lose connection on any other devices that use wifi?
have you configured port forwarding on the hub?
how far away is the hub from the xbox?

if you could also goto http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and if you could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log.. dont worry about the formatting we can easily read it.

Do you have an ethernet cable? If not you can buy one (e.g. from Amazon) for a couple of pounds. They can go up to 100 meters in length and still work.

Connecting the XBox directly to the hub via the ethernet cable will provide the best performance, as wifi is unreliable at the best of times.

For any other issues, see PaulTechy's advice.

100 metre cable with a VM hub - are you sure?

- 10 metres definitely OK

 100 "should" work if everything is to-spec and good quality, but it's safer and cheaper to measure and only buy the length you need.

longer cable = more signal loss

What I came on doing was going onto the Virgin Media changes me and I had to create myself I set my own WiFi.

I had to make a new WiFi thing to stop it disconnected from the main one.

This is happening to me too.
Xbox one, wired connection via Ethernet. Mid game and loses internet connection.
Happens sporadically but earlier 4 times in 1 hour. Phone and Mac do not lose connection ever.

Have you done the appropriate port forwarding?
