For the past 6-8 months I've been having awful lag spikes. We've had an engineer come over to do some tests and replace the superhub about 2 months ago claiming everything was okay. I've set up the broadband monitor few days ago, these are the results:
Surely this can't be 'normal'. The packet loss spikes are where I reboot the hub. It helps a little to make it semi-usable for gaming or watching videos. Without a reboot every few hours I struggle to watch 480p videos on youtube, not to even mention trying to play an online game.
