Boyfriends Xbox worked fine until 2 days ago - contacted microsoft thinking it was an xbox issue as could access internet and everything else fine - they said ISP problem. On phone to virgin all last night, they opened ports apparently but that didnt do anything to help. They toggled UPnP - didnt work. Anyone got a solution for us? Found a long winded one including IP address config but neither of us very technical and this has been quite stressful trying to learn all the new technical terms and gain an understanding after long days at work. Any advice would be massively appreciated
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you've had issues with your Xbox recently. I do recall there was an issue with Xbox live on the 360 around last weekend though this should have cleared now. Are you still getting the same issues with your xbox now? Also, how are you connected to the hub is it over wired or wireless?
