What on earth is going on?? For the last 3-4 weeks I've experienced severely poor latency and packet loss when using my Xbox. I've also experienced non existent 5ghz WiFi and constantly dropping 2ghz WiFi! I can't put up with this service! I haven't experienced lag dying gameplay THIS bad since I had 0.5mb dial up internet... Seriously. I pay you guys for a very high quality broadband service and for the last few years that's what you have provided.. What is going on??
Virgin Media.. you need to sort your act out. I've been on the phone a lot recently to your support. Today one of your "tech support" people told me you weren't aware of any issues... REALLY? DO YOU NOT READ YOUR OWN FORUM?!?
