High ping !

Hello My Ping last three weeks just awful, I can not play non-aqueous game online PC connected to the wire trying to restart the modem modes, Nothing help.

Hi Garfild30,

 

Sorry to see your latency is so poor. It looks like this is fluctuating all day and not just at peak times though these are noticably worse. I've checked your connection and there is currently an area fault open that will block any further diagnostics from our side. This is under ticket F004087724 and is due to close tomorrow around midday.

It's not certain your latency and this ticket are linked but we'll have to wait for it to close to run any further tests. Apologies for the inconvenience.
