Re: High packet loss

Power levels look fine, your RxMER (SnR) is just above acceptable minimum, would prefer to see them between 37-39 dbmv. Perhaps see your upstream power level go up a bit too, but again around minimum acceptable values.

But other than that it looks fine, could be just simple congestion. Maybe someone else can chime in their 2 cents Smiley Happy

Re: High packet loss

Was about to make a topic about that, but since there's one I will just join in and hope problem will get solved.

I had high packet loss for about two weeks now. It was bearable, but it's getting worse and worse. On some servers I can reach up to 1000ms. Tried VPN, hoping that it will help. It does help a little - ms doesn't spike so often, although the problem is still there.

Re: High packet loss

Still no reply. I did run some tests on think broadband website. Here are my results. As you can tell, they're shocking. 100% packet loss? How is that even possible?

If you would like me to run more tests, just let me know and I will be more than happy to do it.

By not allowing ICMP request in on your super hub router mode.

Re: High packet loss

Did fix it. Did my research this morning and I got rid of the Packet Loss problem. Although the high latency is still there, almost made no difference.

Can you go on your Superhub - http://192.168.0.1

And click on the link in the top right, from there post your Downstream and Upstream stats.

When you post them you will see an option on the forum when posting to include a code into your post an icon on a piece of paper with </> inside it.
