Hi, for a number of weeks I've been having issues with Latency when gaming. Yesterday I ran a BQM and I've had the below outcome. I've phoned technical support on numerous occasions and they haven't been a huge help. I'm in London, area 22.

Hmm I would agree but I was having the same issue with the Hub2. The whole reason why I have the Hub 3 now is because Virgin said it would resolve my latency issues. I also have the Viilvid gamer package
See I tried troubleshooting previously. Tried modem mode with my 2ac and still had the same issues. I would like some clarification from the Virgin Media team whether their are any issues in Area 22 because I mentioned in my original post this is a recent issue and have been gaming wirelessly with Virgin for 10 years plus.

In the meantime, do you get the same issue when using modem mode on the Hub 3?
