everytime i try to connect xbox to my virgin media i got this messege cannot connect to your wireless network everything else works fine TV,PS4,NoteBook,phones :/

xbox olways change ip from 192.168.0.15 to 169.254.142.3 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.0.0
Thanks for the post to let us know that you can't connect your Xbox One to your WiFi network, I apologise for any troubles.
I have tested things from here and I can't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are where they should be.
Are you still having these issues? If so, have you tried changing the wireless channels to see if that helps?
Also, you can try a factory reset of your Hub to see if that improves things for you.
