I've seen in someone else's post a firmware update was due to be done this morning,is that correct and if so has it fixed 5g Xbox issue. Im really getting the fed up now that virgin are still yet too give us a proper statement and still don't admit any problem their end?

I got the update on my Superhub 2ac. It did fix the constant disconnections to my xbox one when connected to the 5g band, however I'm still getting horrendous ping (160-180ms) along with poor download speeds (20Mbps when I'm paying for 150) which has been going on for 2 weeks. Pretty annoyed since online games are pretty unplayable due to the latency.
