Getting dropouts - is 54 too high for the upstream power level?

I've been getting connection dropouts this morning. My power levels are fine, apart from upstream which is at 54 dBmV. That's borderline right? Could that be causing my issues?

It is as you say, borderline. Have you one or two upstream channels locked?

Can you screenshot upstream and downstream for us?

But the two ARE most likely related

Thanks for the reply. I just realised I posted this in the wrong section.

Yeah if they remain like that its engineer time. You can wait for staff to pick it up on here, or take a punt on 150.

Hey there Sigma,

Thank you for posting and thanks to @Kippies for the support Smiley Very Happy

I agree that an engineer would be the best action. I'll drop you a PM (purple envelope, top right) to book you in.

Catch you soon,

Take care both.
