Hey. My virgin media connection while playing games is pretty atrocious and I often experience lag spikes. Could I get some assistance please?

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing lagging whilst gaming.
Looking at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. I was unable to find any issues on the network that would cause this.
Are you connected through wired or wireless? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if that helps?
Do you notice the lag on all games or just a few?

Hi Samantha. Thanks for getting back to me. Earlier in the week I phoned up and there were some firmware updates pushed to my hub which I believe have rectified the problem. This ticket can be closed for now, thanks!
