I guess you've heard that one before but i belive i'm affected by whatever fault makes the broadband unrealiable in the evenings.
I'm a gamer so i mostly want to play League and other online games in the evening but its impossible with pings jumping anywhere between 150-300 usually between 6pm -11 pm almost everyday.
I find that other services are struggling to stream like twitch etc.
I only have my computer connected to the superhub i've tried modem mode but it does not make any diffrence.
During my installation enginner did not connect the new cable from the socket instead he took a cable that someone else is connected and gave me one of the wires inside saying its ok and i wont be affected in any way, he also said my proper cable will get installed later that week but that never happened. Dunno if its making any diffrence regarding my issue.
i've been a virgin customer before moving to the new adress for the last 3 years living 4 streets away and never had this issue back then.
Thanks for getting in touch, though sorry to hear of the peak time latency issues, annoying.
Checking your local network segment I can see that peak time traffic is the issues here, networks are working on adding capacity on ref. F003536108, with the current upgrades due for completion over the next few days, so hopefully you'll begin to see some improvement.
See how things go over the next week or so and drop us an update.
Hi Thx for the info I had router going offline for about 10 mins around 10 AM this morning so i wonder if its to do with anything u guys doing. I'll monitor the evening pings and performance to see if anything Changed Thank you again
I've been experiencing the same problems for the past 3 weeks. I first thought it may have been the weather but I'm now getting to the point where it is really beginning to annoy me. I pay for 50mb internet and I don't feel like Im getting what Im paying for. I will be seriously considering other providers if this doesnt stop soon.
I've checked on fault F003536108 and I'm afraid this has been delayed to the new review date of 16/12/15. While checking on this I did notice that your upstream power is too high which will make the speed worse as well as dropping out the connection.
I've just sent you a private message to arrange the best time.

Same issue here. Everything fine until peak times then the ping starts increasing and spiking and I have to stop playing. Problem started about 2 weeks ago and is getting worse. Used to be able to have two people watching netflix or similar and one person online gaming at peak times with little trouble.
