It can take a few days for a member of staff to reply - bumping your own thread resets it back to the bottom of the queue.
I've checked over the stats you've provided; it seems your downstream power levels are a little too high, but not by much. These may need to be adjusted, by an engineer being arranged. If this is the case, a member of staff will PM you to arrange that.
Power levels being out-of-range are one of the biggest causes of speed issues, so let's hope this will resolve it for you.
Those T3 time-outs seem a little odd too, which, if become a regular thing, can show an issue on the line. That may also need looking into.
In any case, you should hear back from one of the staff shortly.

While checking this I did notice that the contention in the area does spike at peak times which will also affect your speed. It hasn't quite breached our thresholds to raise a fault but I have asked for this to be monitored and raised asap.
