I'm having issues with online games on Xbox and PC. Lag spikes cause the game to stop then start up 1 - 4 seconds later. Using the hub 1; nothing has been changed, this may have started this week but I'm unsure as I don't usually play as much as I have this week. Internet seems to consistently break when I have a holiday.... xD
On PC I would also disconnected from the internet after especially bad spikes.
Could it be an issue in my area?
Thought I'd ask on here before I call as I haven't had good experiences in the past talking to Virgin Media over the phone.
I am awfully sorry that you are having a few problems with the broadband and what rotten luck when you are on holiday too.
The actual connection is looking good however there seems to be high area peak traffic and this may cause you some lag problems, we are already aware of it ref F005017718 and would like to carry our some area work, estimated review currently showing 12 APR 2017.
