It's been a while since I needed help, but recently I've come across an issue with my SH2ac router.
So a timeline as to what has happened so far.
I believe it all started around the 2nd or 3rd of January..so last week, I lost my connection to xbox live, oddly enough my wifi extender was still broadcasting, so I change the channel from 11 to 10 so I figured that was that. problem solved.
Then the next day I loose my connection again for a worrying amount of time, Upon checking the logs I see that an update of some sort happened and now I'm running a V2.01.11 software version, since then I have been having issue maintaining a connection to xbox live, When I'm not lagging like crazy I'm getting disconnected from party chats, and the opposite way around.
I have attempted changing channels currently 9,10,11 and 12 are all unusable and things are super laggy. Channel 8 worked for a few days but last night I lost connection to XBL and my PC lost connection too, I had to reboot the whole router just so I could get to my superhub GUI to change the channel, I've gone back to 11 to see if things work okay but I am hesitate to think its fixed.
I've seen other post with similar issues with either a same day or close to the day my issues started, so it's either something on VM's end or the software update I received has caused some internal issues with my router.
Either way I hope someone can help, I've had next to no issues throughout 2016 and then suddenly all this happens.

I shall do my best to help with this, so thanks for reporting it to us I have run a number of tests from here but I honestly cannot see any faults or errors on the network. Your Hub is not reporting any timeouts and power levels are optimal.
I wonder if this only affecting wireless devices? If you've not tried already would you test your connection via Ethernet please? I'd like to know if that displays a similar issue. Just post an update on here and I'll take another look for you.
I have tried using the ethernet cable and the same issue still happens, I can play a few online games fine for around the first hour or so but eventually it all just drops and kicks me offline, both Xbox and PC.
Again I have to mention myself and others are reporting similar issues recently so I'm not sure if its an issue with our gear but something else as a whole.
