Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are affected by fault reference F003993488. The latest updates show that we are waiting on a date for work to go ahead to resolve this issue. If you are able to bump this thread a little closer to the the review date which is estimated for 24/02/2016 we can certainly check for any further updates.
I've checked the latest for you on F003993488, it does look like some good news. Our engineers completed some work in the area recently and it looks like peak-time usage is now back at the level it should be. How have things been for you the past few days?
