A COMPANY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND HELP ME BUT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA I CALL IN THEY JUST HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME.
ALL OF THIS HIGH UTILIZATION CRAP IN MY AREA THEY HAVE SAID IT'S BEEN FIXED, THIS IS ALL RUBBISH
THEIR CONNECTION IS STILL CRAP WITH RANDOM DISCONNECTS AND THE TRACE ROUTE TO EA SERVERS SHOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HIGH PING AND THEM BEING UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THEIR SERVERS ALSO A LOT OF UNKNOWN HOSTS SHOWS HOW CRAP THEIR CONNECTION REALLY IS.
A LOT OF PPL FROM THE UK CAN CONNECT TO THE SERVERS IT'S JUST A FEW OF US THAT CAN'T IT'S TERRIBLE

Everything looks healthy when checking your connection. The peak time traffic you've mentioned does climb in the evenings but is below the thresholds and looks ok. Is your console connected wired or wireless? Can you post a trace route for us to have a look at again? Your devices appear to be connected wireless so can you do this over an ethernet connection please?
High ping times: If your average ping times are consistently above 150ms, you will see slower response times in-game. If your ping is regularly above 200ms you are likely to experience connection dropouts. If you see a ping timeout on any hop, this means that your connection is timing out at that point.
Packet loss: If you see numbers other than 0% or 100% in the % Loss column, it means data is being lost at that point on your connection. If you see it in more than one place, or if the numbers are high, it's likely that this is the source of the problem with your connection. Make a note of the hops where packet loss is happening, and contact your ISP to let them know about it.
Large differences between the best/worst ping times: This is a good indicator of an unstable connection. The difference between your best and worst ping times should be a maximum of 100ms, any more than that and you're looking at a jittery or spiky connection. This is what causes lag spikes in games and is the source of frustrating inconsistencies in performance. If you're seeing evidence of this in your UOTrace, we'd advise flagging it to your ISP.

Mate I'm same trouble my ping to servers is over 1000ms I'm in Grimsby. Each said it's my isp even though the problem servers I traced to ea. Virgin took my trace over 2 week ago and I've heard nothing.posted on here. nothing.ignored.its unplayable.700 plusses losses since this.shocking lag players wont tackle won't make runs won't defend. No tactics work.shield doesn't work.informs outpaced outplayed by bronze none rares. Thousands of pounds spent building a team that doesn't sound nothing.every rebound to opponent.every header to opponent and that's if I get lucky and able to head it.inform mane outpaced by mertersacher. 91 defence stats and bronze out play out muscle them.sick of it getting passed back and fourth for nearly a year since it started.blaming each other.telling me that it's my fault cause no one else has this problem.yeh right.next joke.
