Dropping out

Hi,

From last night and today my connection has being dropping out for a few seconds the reconnecting. This will drop me out of my Xbox live account every 5-10 mins

Nothing new has been installed inside the house to interfere with the signal etc.

for some reason wired is better then wifi for online gaming

Yes I know but it's also happening to my mate who rents a room, and it's only just started happening yesterday since everything has been working fine for over a year now.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection. I can imagine how frustrating this must be.

 

From checking your connection, the downstream power levels are too high and I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to adjust these for you.
