Hoping someone can advise on a solution / who I need to try talking to to get this sorted. Been directed to here by blizzard support, keep getting disconnected while trying to play overwatch. Disconnects appear to have no pattern other than possibly occurring slightly more at peak times.
They suggested it was an issue with one of the connections on virgin servers from the WinMTR report below (apologies the formatting has gone a bit weird).
Been an ongoing problem for in excess of a month, and my attempts at ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away have kinda dried up.
Thanks in advance for any input!
*To include additional info - all drivers for network / graphics card and windows updates have been completed, in addition to DNS flush and full power cycles of all devices.Connection to router is via ethernet.
I can confirm I have tried on multiple devices (3 windows 10 builds and a Kali build) each exhibiting the same packet loss through that node when connecting to blizzard severs (via ethernet) on WinMTR. The node doesn't seem to have issues connecting to other IP addresses (220.127.116.11 & 18.104.22.168), but I will run a WinMTR this evening during peak times to double check.
Additionally, while using the same (main) laptop while in London , with nothing changed, there were no connectivity issues.
Upon trying yesterday at peak times, I was disconnecting every 30 seconds or so, meaning I couldn't get past the menu, never mind get disconnected from a game.
