Constant online gaming disconnects on Superhub 2 firmware 2.01.03
As of the last 2-3 weeks, I have been experiencing constant disconnects on multiple online games including;
Guild Wars 2
These issues occur every 30 minutes or so, regardless of other activity. All other services (Netflix, youtube, spotify) remain functional.
The issues within the game relate to packet loss and connection issues.
I have tested via Ethernet and Wifi connections to the same effect.
If I run the Superhub in Modem mode, the issue disappears. This is not a solution, as it leaves my other devices non-functioning as I do not own (and am unable to buy) another router..
Searching across multiple forums for these MMOs and others (including World of Warcraft and Elder Scrolls Online) reveals that people have the same issue as of firmware 2.01.03 within the last 2-3 weeks.
