Constant disconnecting

  Right, this is gettin soooo tiresome! I've had issues with my wireless connection dropping and re-connecting for far too long. I've spoke to virgin's helpline about 3/4 times now and am getting nowhere, I've been told to change the 2.4Ghz channel, restore factory settings and yes I have turned it off and on again. I have also bought the nether extenders to try and furthe the range on it in case that's the problem but nothing works. This problem occurs on both 2.4 and 5Ghz connections so any help would be most appreciated.

I'm genuinely sorry for your continued wireless disconnections and fully understand how tiresome this must be for you.

I'd really like to run some tests on your connection but find myself unable to locate your Hub details. Please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll see what I can find out.
