Constant Lagging Issues

For the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing lagging issues playing games such as COD MWR and Rocket League on the PS4, especially in the evenings.

I have in the last month just recently moved to the vivid gamer package. Has there been issues with this package? Not ever had anything like this before.

I'm still on the hub 2, so I don't think that affects me.

How are you connected to the hub? Are you wired or using wifi?

Wired.

Now starting to find wireless devices are dropping out.

Phoned up and was told there was nothing wrong, changed the wireless channel and sent me on my way.

If this continues I may look for another isp.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to read you are having an issue with the connection.

 

From checking your line, the Modem SNR for downstream is too low at 31 dB and the upstream is high at 52 dBmV. For this I would like to book an engineer appointment to check this over and have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
