I've had a check on your connection. Everything on the hub looks ok but I can see that there is a fault ticket open that's causing peak time slow speeds under reference F003575404. We have a review date estimated for 09/12/2015. If you are able to bump the thread a little closer to the review date we can check for further information.
Is it only around peak times that you are seeing these problems?
