Connections Issues (installed today)

Hi guys,

After 3 months finally my broadband got installed today, I was super happy with the speeds (200mb down, 12 up) - perfect for streaming! The engineer did not leave an ethernet cable which I thought was a bit odd! However I had one spare anyway.

But now, unfortunately I get disconnected every 5 minutes or so. I've tried everything I can think of (all day long)

I have tried, of course the obvious turn off and ons again.. As well as entering the modem settings (ensuring everything is well, did not change anything)

I am connected to my PC straight via ethernet cable from Super Hub 3.0 (which goes directly outside)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Sam
