Connection problems: Superhub 3 + Xbox One

Recently switched from Talk Talk to Virgin Media and have since had lots of problems with my Xbox live connection. My router is a Superhub 3 and have been getting constantly disconnected from games and voice chat not working. Have tried port forwarding which hasn't made a difference although its possible I have done something wrong. Any help much appreciated .

Had the same issue with the super hub 2. Having spoken to tech support, which was no help, I spoke to someone in cancellations dept and they suggested putting the the super hub 1 back in. Which I had no problems with before upgrading . Lucky the problem has gone. I have even changed the wireless to 300mbps . All good. I hope this helps

Thanks for your response, decided to put my super hub 3 in modem mode and use with my talk talk router, seems to be working great now.
