Connection issue with Overwatch's Blizzard servers

Hi

Pretty much i have contacted Blizzard about the high RTT lag i am getting in their game and they have found that a broadband company that is the middle man so to say for the connection called "Zayo" is the issue and Virgin Media are the only ones that can really fix this issue apparently to Blizzards knowledge. 

I will now post my details below to give your technicians the info they need to resolve the problem.

Hi Wayfal,

Apologies for being so late to respond to this but we'll certainly do what we can to help.
The traceroute does indeed indicate increased ping on the zayo routers. These though are off our network and therefore not under our control. I would advise that you contact Zayo for help with this.

I do know there was a recent maintenance issue that caused traffic to be routed via their American rather than French routers. I think that issue is now resolved but your route is showing all 3 Zayo networks - France, America & UK. 

Definitely worth broaching the question with them.
