I am recently having issues with losing connection whilst playing online games on the Xbox One. I have reserved a IP address for my console but now I keep dropping out. Is there service issues in my area?
Hi, I've been having disconnect problems as well, my download speed is fine, but upload is 0.75mbps, which is woeful. Also, my packet loss can be as high as 20+%, which is just not acceptable for multiplayer gaming.
I've reset the router several times, cleared the Xbox's cache, it's hard wired and it's got a static ip in the DMZ, so it's not a firewall issue.
I'm losing my patience with Virgin, I pay a lot for a sub standard service. Some of my TV channels are pixelated, which is a side issue.
Make sure you get the right length of cable. Remember you can take the cables outside the house if you put them into protected covers!
