We have a Superhub 2 and have been experiencing disconnects from one of the games we play. We have had a long correspondence with the game support team and they have identified significant packet loss at the router. They have now requested that we try disabling IGMP proxying but we are unable to find out how to do this due to the Superhub 2 not using Netgear's default configuration utilites.
Can anyone please help, or Virgin Media team advise.
We were asked to run WinMTR alongside the game for a few sessions then send in the reports, from which the packet loss was identified. Yes, it is strange it is just this one game, all other times everything is fine and we are very pleased with the Virgin Media service.
