Re: Clash of Clans

Hi LRH,

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues with clash of the clans (what an amazing game Smiley Tongue).

Are you still facing the issue? Is this the only app you have the issue with? If it's just Clash of Clans it's probably best to contact the games admins.

Many thanks

John

Re: Clash of Clans

Hey John_G,

I have this issue on my Virgin Superb wifi.

I have two wifi networks called wifi1 and wifi2.

The firewall is set to medium.

On wifi1 (the first wifi network on the superhub) you can't connect to Clash of Clans.

On wifi2 you can connect.

I have not been able to establish how to open up outbound connections to a remote TCP service on port 9339 which is the port that needs to be open for it to work.

Clearly, there is a difference in the way the firewall is handling data from the different networks since I have no other rules setup other than the firewall.

I am running the latest version of the Superhub software.

Any help or escalation would be appreciated.
