Black Ops 3 on xbox one connection dropping after 6 or 7 minutes

Xbox one 100mb broadband

super hub 2

call of duty black ops 3

cuts out every 6 or 7 minutes with error saying connection interrupted 

have to sign out and sign back in again to work again

spoken to virgin media

spoken to Activision 

spoken to Microsoft

i connected to a different ISP and it works perfectly fine

i have add port forwarding and removed as Microsoft request

and still having the same problem

Are you connected wired or wireless?
Is it just Black Ops 3 that these problems happen on?

Thanks for replying to my PM. I've been able to run a few checks on your connection and everything looks healthy. Can you try putting the hub into modem mode and let me know if these problems still happen when playing Black Ops 3.

Hi - did you get this resolved as have exactly the same problem on my sons Xbox one?

I've just found something that might help you out with this problem;

Log into your virgin media account online, this information can be found on the bottom of your router.

Once you've signed in click on advanced settings then click on wireless radio, it's at the very top.

Once you're on this make sure the wireless radio is enabled and change it from 300mbps to 54mbps.

Once you've done that scroll to the bottom and click apply, it will make the changes to your router

Hopefully this will work for you because it worked for me!
