Battlefield Hardline PS4 Upload Issues

Hello Virgin,

 

I have read many threads before writing my own but I am still having problems so here goes...

 

I been playing over10+ years online and managed to sort most things out myself via help from other threads but I'm experiencing frustrating times with something online where for instance " I take 2 bullets to die and the party member I shooting at takes 10 bullets to die... with the same gun and vs UK players " yes I know we all moan and internet comes with associated lag but this is different and I really feel strongly about my instincts and you know what they say about instinct ^_^.

 

So could someone with experience or know how! have a look at my network settings I have attached. Also I might add that I do use Ethernet, I have tried modem mode (but this didn't work as I don't have anything between superhubVMDG480 v2 and PS4) , Port Forwarding , DMZ etc etc. everything has been reset to factory settings for these tests.

So sorry you are suffering delay trying to play Battlefield, we will take a look and do our best to help.

 

The hub stats you kindly posted look good and this is also reflected in the line tests I have just run.

 

However we do have a problem in the area with high traffic in the evenings and this will most likely cause you lag and slow throughput. We are planning to undertake some broadband upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow speeds you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times such as evenings and weekends) will be resolved.
