I've just returned to online gaming after a break for single player games, and while my speed is fine according to speedtest, my games are all suffering major lag spikes constantly, and always in perfect tandem with my gf screaming at streaming media for buffering.
Looking at these forums I started a BQM the other day and it looks like it's bleeding there's so much packet loss!
I've spoken to a support agent via chat but they seemed to have no idea what I was describing and said they'd 'escalate it which could take 3 or 4 days', but I get the feeling this graph, etc, won't be passed on, despite me providing it, so I'm posting all this here as I know tech guys frequent here!
If someone can PM me I can provide address, etc, etc.
Not entirely sure how to work that out unfortunately. I did a traceroute outbound to somewhere and took the first VM related IP that came up after the router and pinged that and got 50% loss (from the routers ping test page to rule out my wifi):

The test was to check if its a Docsis link issue or route in so after checking here its a Docsis link issue so likely noise is causing packet loss post your upstream, T# timeouts, downstream and logs from here of the hub 3 http://192.168.100.1
This assumes your using router mode as you have not said your in modem mode.
Odd your BQM looks more like a hub 3...you must be in a over packed area.
And you have some channels missing hard to think how the support agent missed that. It could be a fault with the super hub but can be the CMTS end it depends so if you wait for the forum team they can check.
You can try setting up other BQM on IP's in the subnet your in to see if its just you but its hit and miss and you will not know 100% because you don't know what channels other IP's are on but the forum team can likely check that out.
Its can also be a local fault for the segment your on which I'm thinking is more likely or if you reboot the super hub it might lock on all channels if it failed on the least bootup as a one off thing for some reason but it if fails over and over with channels going missing over time its likely a faulty super hub.
