Thanks once again
You didn't say which router you will buy.
You might want to think carefully about the non-gamer features as well before purchasing a new router, as the choice will affect everyone.
e.g. The Netduma R1 and Asus RT-AC87u are comparable in price at around £150 on Amazon, but the Netduma only has 2.4ghz wifi and the Asus has waaay more general purpose features and much better wifi than the Netduma.
Personally I wouldn't want to limit myself to 54Mbps 2.4ghz wifi of the Netduma, which only gives a max of 25-30Mb speed. Kinda defeats the purpose of having Vivid 200. As I said earlier in the thread, my recommendation for a balanced router with Adaptive QoS would be the Asus RT-AC87u. YMMV.

The Netgear Nighthawk series of routers are generally pretty good.
Btw, the AC1900 isn't the model number, so we have no idea which model you have. Could be the R7000, D7000, R7000DST, or R6900? Depending on where you bought it from. Judging by your previous link you likely bought from PCWorld, so either the R7000 or D7000?
