i have the Hub 3.0 200Mbps internet. i have my Hun 3.0 connected to my xbox with a Cat5E cable to my Xbox one. we all know the xbox can deal with over 200mbps net and the cat5E cable can handle 1000mbps. but my internet struggles to get over 60 mbps sometimes hits 5mbps and dont get me wrong but when you pay for 200 you kinda want 200. not sure whats wrong with it. i connected it to my laptop to check the speeds and my laptop not the fasters laptop out there but can handle 100mbps but when connected only reachs 30... help me before i leave virgin ...for ever
I'm sorry to read that you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
When I checked your connection, the router was showing as offline and not polling any data. Is the Hub turned off as not in use? If you can let me know when you are back online, I can take another look to see if there are any issues.
