Re: wi-fi password

If it only has one Ethernet port then you have a modem, not a router, you can get a dlink615 from eBay for £10 or contact vim for a hub

Re: wi-fi password

Hi joebones,

I don't work for Virgin, but i wondered if I could offer some advice?

You are correct, you have a plain cable modem that does not support wireless connections. Have a look at this thread where the original poster has a similar question:

Re: wi-fi password

Hi fenog2,

Did Virgin supply you with this router, or did you purchase it yourself?

Re: wi-fi password

Log into the hub by going to 192.168.0.1 on a computer that works, username is admin leave password blank, if it works go to wifi settings to find password, if it doesn't then you may have to reset the router using a pin in the reset hole
