virgin super hub

hi i have 50mb for last couple months i see people who get 50mb get the new super hub i was wondering if do i get it even tho i had 50mb for a while for free or do i have to pay for it

You would have to pay or upgrade to 100Mb. Same as per normal VM won't replace working equipment without a good reason.

Because they are getting it now and it's now the standard modem for 50Mb. You have a working modem connecting you to the 50Mb service so there's no reason or benefit to VM providing you additional hardware.
