Can someone please help, I have an ntl email account but every time I log in at the moment I keep getting a message saying navigation to the web page was cancelled and to retype the address even though I'm logged in I don't know what to do as all the help topics don't seem to help me.
If this does not work you will need to call in on 151 from a vm phone or the chargeable number if you don't.
