does anyone know why all of a sudden my adapter has stopped working it wont connect to my super hub it doesnt even find any wireless connections! could it of just conked out as my husbands for his laptop still works (hence how i am on the internet) and how can i get a new one?

If you have tried the Dongle in a different pc and it has the same problem, you'll need to replace it.
Where did you purchase it from originally?
If you had it from Virgin then you could call Customer Services on 150 (free from a Virgin landline) or 0845 454 1111 (from any other phone) to see if they are able to replace it for you.
