my broadband keeps disconnecting

At night around 12am my virgin media hub loses broadband connection. This happens at least once a week. Last night a speed test said I had download speed but my upload is 0.07 mbs. This ain't normal

Hi d28,

 

Sorry to hear about the problems you've been experiencing. I can advise you that there was an SNR issue in your area but that should now be resolved as the fix date is today.

 

This the date shown on the fault ticket - 

26/06/2013 09:00:00
