emails coming to my smart phone but not my outlook

HI

I've got a random and intermittent problem.  I have my virgin email sent to my HTC and to Outlook at home,  for some reason occasional emails don't' make it to outlook.  Can anyone help?

Have you followed the advice for downloading emails to multiple devices: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/viewArticle.jsp?uuid=E6D52B6D-D534-4EE4-B579-CE73F758224A

Re: emails coming to my smart phone but not my outlook

Hi slambden,

Has the advice from Graham_A helped at all? Using recent: mode on a POP3 account would work, you could also try setting up an IMAP account (settings available here)if you want to.

Kind Regards,

Check that you have entered seperate log in details for the outgoing server.  When using recent you cannot use the same settings as the incoming mail server.
