I was advised to write to these guys about a query I had about getting a mobile contract & I am just wondering how long before I can expect a reply? Its been 3 weeks since I wrote my letter & have heard nothing yet.I have tried ringing to find out if my letter has been recieved but whoever I have been talking to doesnt grasp the fact that I have already written the letter & would just like some confirmation that it has been recieved

Hello. We have a problem where an account was cancelled and was sent accidental bills. This was confirmed by someone over the phone. We have been handed to the debt collectors for outstanding bills. I have emailed consumer underwriting about this. It is an urgent matter so i wanted to ask what the reply time is for an email

Not yet but the debt collection agency have been informed by us that virgin media should be in touch with us shortly so the phone calls have stopped
