ci card?

Hi, I have just got a samsung smart tv and now all virgin channels are scrambled, do I need a ci card, and do you supply them?

Mate your on the tv's freeview and not your virgin media box. A ci card is only need with freeview it is to do with top up tv etc.

Thanks for the reply, do you have any idea how to unscramble the signal? I have tested all leads etc. Could it be the v+ box?

If your TV is connected to the V+ via an HDMI cable then the card in your V+ will unscramble the channels for which you are subscribed. If this is not happening then you may need an engineer call to fix. Are you getting any message numbers on the screen?
