Now I need to update the website, but I think the email address associated with it has been deleted. I am trying to FTP onto the site, using the username in the URL and the original password. But it wont let me on.
It sounds like the email address may be 'orphaned' - this means it has not been migrated to our new provisioning system. Due to Data Protection regulations I'm unable to deal with this via the forums so please contact Technical Support on 151 from a Virgin Media landline or 0845 4541111 from any other and one of my colleagues will be happy to help.
