What time does "evening" start for the evening and weekend calls?

Hi all,

My question is quite self-explanatory. I already saw this post

http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Telephone/Evening-and-weekend-calls/m-p/130324#M11194

However it is dated over a year ago and I saw some article online dated 1st April 2011 suggesting that it might have changed from 6pm to 7pm. Disappointingly, there is no concrete information on virgin's website (at least none that I could easily find). Perhaps this hidden definition of "evening" is a way to get a bit more profit by nieve customers assuming is starts at 6pm?

Anyway, my best guess would be that "evening" is the 12 hours between 7pm and 7am. Does anyone agree or differ?

Thanks!
